TITAN L208A
Compact by nature. Great in performance.
O TITAN L208A It was developed to deliver the performance of a line array system in a compact and efficient format.
Its design combines two 8″ ferrite woofers, a dedicated high-frequency system with a titanium driver, tri-amplified power amplification, and integrated digital processing into a single platform. The result is a system capable of combining Sound Pressure: Definition and Control, maintaining a balanced relationship between performance, dimensions, and weight.
A platform designed for coupling
The performance of a line array isn't just about a single speaker. It's about how the speakers work together.
That's why the TITAN L208A was designed for use in multiple units, allowing you to build arrays sized to fit your application. Up to Up to 16 modules can be connected, allowing for different coverage and beam patterns.
As the system grows, its architecture makes it possible to adjust the vertical behavior of the array based on the number of elements used.
Control begins with processing
The TITAN L208A features 96 kHz DSP to the amplification system. Processing plays a fundamental role in the acoustic design, allowing the system's behavior to be controlled and optimized before the signal reaches the transducers.
The preset modes Linear, HFX, and W/SUB They allow the system's operation to be adapted to different usage configurations, including integration with subwoofers.
Processing, therefore, is not just an additional feature. It is part of the architecture that defines how the system operates.
High efficiency in an integrated system
Amplification Tri-amplified Class D It was integrated into the unit itself, linking the power stages to the dedicated processing of each channel.
This architecture reduces the number of external devices required and simplifies system implementation, while keeping the essential components for operation within each module.
Wide coverage. Precise control
With 100° horizontal coverage, the TITAN L208A was designed to cover a wide area while keeping the sound energy focused on the target area.
In line array applications, coverage doesn’t simply mean reaching more people. It means distributing sound energy in a predictable and consistent manner.
It is this combination of geometry, coupling, and processing that allows the system to be configured for different spaces and sound reinforcement requirements.
Built for the realities of major events
At major festivals and professional productions, the sound system is constantly on the move. Transportation, setup, takedown, storage, and operation under various conditions are all part of the routine.
That’s why the TITAN L208A uses wood that has been specially treated for outdoor use, aiming to provide greater strength and stability for the cabinet under the conditions encountered during its use.
The wood used comes from the Russia, selected for its physical and structural characteristics that make it suitable for applications requiring dimensional stability and strength. The material undergoes a specific treatment to enhance the enclosure’s durability in environments subject to variations in temperature and humidity.
This choice becomes even more important in systems designed for rental companies, where equipment is repeatedly subjected to cycles of transportation, assembly, and operation in different locations.
In this context, the cabinet is not merely the structure that houses the acoustic components. It also contributes to the system's reliability.
More performance. Less infrastructure.
With 25 kg per module, the TITAN L208A was designed with real-world operating conditions in mind.
A professional system must deliver performance, but it must also be transported, suspended, set up, and taken down efficiently. The balance between weight, construction, and performance makes the L208A a suitable solution for systems that need to keep up with the dynamics of large-scale productions.
Designed as a system
The TITAN L208A was not designed merely as a speaker. It was developed as a system component — acoustics, amplification, processing, and construction working together.
The ability to combine multiple modules allows the configuration to be adapted to the size of the space, the required coverage, and the desired sound pressure level.
A single module can be compact. A set of modules can form a complete system.
It is this scalability that defines the TITAN L208A.
