O AD840BR is an antenna distributor built in a metal housing, standard 19″ rack that expands 1 or more microphone systems by dividing a pair of antennas into several systems such as K501, K522, K901, K1201, K1202, K1001, K1501.O AD840BR amplifies RF signals to compensate for the insertion loss caused by various output connectors, due to the different models and frequency used. How antennas AN710BR are active, they have the power to compensate for signal loss due to the size of the cable used. Each AD840BR allows up to four receivers to be used on the same pair of antennas, with the option of using a fifth receiver or a second one AD840BR on the fifth connector. It has two 50Ω BNC ports, intended for use with a AD840BR or a fifth wireless receiver, so you can have a UHF wireless microphone system with up to 24 receivers using just one pair of antennas. The AD840BR comes with 2 AN710BR wideband active directional antennas 450MHz - 960MHz with 7.1dBi gain in vertical polarization and a log periodic dipole arrangement (LPDA), capable of producing a cardioid pattern while rejecting RF signals outside the coverage area. It has an integrated amplifier with touch gain control to compensate for various degrees of signal loss in the coaxial cable. The antennas AN710BR can be mounted on a pedestal or suspended from the ceiling, as long as the positioning and polarization are respected. Never use antennas inside cages, behind walls, lying down or crossed. Always use the same type of cable to install the antennas.
